Prof. Ivona Vrdoljak Raguž, Ph.D.is a Full Professor with tenure at the University of Dubrovnik, where she teaches courses in Organization and Management. She has served as Vice-Rector for Business Affairs and as Head of the Department of Economics and Business Economics for two terms. She is the author of more than one hundred scientific and professional papers and has participated in numerous international projects and mobility programs. She is the Chair of the Organizing Committee of the international scientific conference DIEM and the Editor-in-Chief of the DIEM Journal.
